Here, we work closely with Swedish producers and let the seasons guide us. Wild herbs, berries that stain your fingertips, spices that smell like a Christmas feast and late summer all at once.
It’s nature, but never nature romanticism. Our inspiration moves between craftsmanship, tradition, and popular culture. A drink can start in Grandma’s kitchen and end in a neon-lit bar corner in Söder. Always with respect for the ingredients. Always with a little twist. Every glass is a story about Sweden—present or past—filtered through Södermalm.
