What exactly is our philosophy?

“For me, Freyja is modern cuisine with Swedish flavors; we cook the food we ourselves want to eat.
Whatever is in season right now, ingredients from Sweden at their very best. We appreciate traditions, but
we don’t follow them slavishly. We experiment, make adjustments, and dare to challenge the status quo.
We work closely with the ingredients and closely with each other. It’s craftsmanship, every day.
